Connor's Friends - NICU Photography

This is a volunteer aspect of my business. Since having my own NICU baby in July 2024, I have felt a calling to offer quality photos to families walking a similar road. My second son, Connor, was born at 31 weeks gestation after I experienced PPROM. He spent 71 days in the NICU and I found myself grieving the loss of the ability to have "Fresh 48" or true newborn photos. We were able to have "newborn" photos taken when he was about 3 months old but he wasn't technically a newborn anymore. NICU life is hard and it's filled with grief and gratefulness. Both emotions co-exist and it's a strange thing to navigate. I knew while we were still in the thick of it that I wanted to offer this service, but I needed time to heal - physically, emotionally and mentally. Through the support of my family, friends, Connor's nurses and my therapist, I am finally ready.

There is no cost to families for this service. For the time being, I am only able to offer this in Winter Haven/Lakeland, FL.
